Passover is my favorite holiday... nothing ever changes except the location. The rituals, the traditions, the food... It is so good. This time of year is absolutely my favorite and this is absolutely the best part of spring. Passover has always been my favorite holiday along with Thanksgiving. I love family and food, what could be better in a holiday.
As a child, we spent every Passover with my Grampa and Bubbe and all our family. Sitting around the table with family. We had our traditions and our traditional food. Every year around Passover I think back to the very few memories I have from those family Passover dinners and wish I had not been so young and I wish I remembered more of those family holidays when my grandparents, parents, aunts and cousins were all together. I think I was 7 when my family took on new Passover traditions but some remain the same.
