2012 a Year to Reflect On

January
 Started my second semester at school 
and was on a blogging break until April

February
 I got into a car accident, the other car spun me 180˚degrees
 and totaled my car. I walked away with only a concussion.

March
I took a train to Milwaukee and spent spring break 
baking and cooking with Aunt Nancy.

...then I came home and bought a new (to me) car 
named Lucky

 April
Spent my birthday in Chicago at the Sears/Willis Tower and ate the best meal every at Stetson's
Dana and Kate 
... and I started blogging again!


May
We celebrated Mother's Day with Blueberry and Rhubarb Cobbler 



June
I started summer classes and continued my pie crazy obsession!

July
I ate Mo's Blueberry Lemon cake and 
had to make the recipe into cupcakes!

August

I took a month long blogging break, moved to a new apartment, at school we had many papers and finals. Of course we also survived the Mayan Apocalypse

Last week I retired the original face of Calamity Kate's Kitchen was retired and we have a brand new, fresh face that was brought to life by Lindsey at Designer Blogs!

Hopefully 2013 will be a safer and happier year for everyone!
