I love my Cuisinart® 3-Cup Mini-Prep Plus Food Processor. I use it for chopping everything from fresh herbs to dried spices, garlic to ginger and especially for a small serving of salad dressing. I love the little holes on top, it makes it so easy to drizzle oil into the moving food processor. I also love to make cookie crumbs with this smaller food processor, it is so much easier to leave on your counter than dragging the larger food processor out from the closet.
